I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist and DIT therapist with experience of work with adults and adolescents from a range of backgrounds. In my current NHS role in the Adult Complex Service at the Tavistock Centre, I work on a weekly and more intensive basis with adults often experiencing longstanding and debilitating emotional difficulties in the context of early, and ongoing, relational traumas. In my West Berkshire private practice, I offer both long-term psychotherapy and Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT; 16-sessions), and provide consultations to adults and parents of adolescent or young adult children.
