I am an experienced Child, Adolescent & Adult Psychotherapist, working with older children, young people and adults suffering from a range of complex emotional, relational and behavioural issues such as acute anxiety (panic attacks, ticks, dissociation), depression, suicide ideation, abuse, ADHD presentation and family issues.

I have worked within a CAMHS team in London, a Rape & Sexual Abuse Service and continue to work in schools, with young people. As well as my private practice in both London & Hereford, where I offer both face-to-face sessions as well as online, I run a specialised therapeutic service for schools working in challenging social areas.

I gained an MA in Child, Adolescent, and Family Psychodynamic Psychotherapy at the Tavistock & Portman Trust and continued my interest in working with acute complexities by studying at The Portman assessing and working with risk. In 2023 I completed core training with ISTDP London which is an accelerated form of dynamic psychotherapy. This active approach focuses on processing emotional blockages and changing maladaptive response patterns which are responsible for symptoms such as anxiety, depression and relationship difficulties.
