I am trained as Jungian Psychotherapist and able to see adults (18+) on one-to-one basis face to face and online.

I can help people who are going through emotional conflict, stress and anxiety, depression, loss and bereavement, identity struggles and self-development and help them exploring the complexities of their inner and external world.

Due to my work in institutions, I am particularly trauma aware and able to work with more complex issues such as addiction, self-harm and psychiatric diagnosis given there are other (medical) professionals involved and an openness in potential multidisciplinary work.
