I am a London-based psychotherapist. For some years I also had a practice in Brighton, and I continue to see Brighton-based clients. If you decide to embark on therapy with me you’ll be listened to attentively and with an open mind, whatever you want to bring to the privacy of a consulting room. This might be a longstanding grief, recent loss, or things you’re hesitating to even name. You could have a sense of being stuck but you don’t yet know why - this can be explored too.

I offer one-to-one psychotherapy to adults, once or twice weekly for 50-minute sessions. This can be open-ended or time-limited (twelve sessions). I can offer in person or remote sessions (telephone or online) when appropriate.
