I am a qualified psychodynamic counsellor working with adolescents and adults who are finding anxiety or depression is affecting their ability to live life as fully as they may wish. I am seeing clients face to face in my consulting room in my home or consulting room in the middle of Frome, although I do also work online over Zoom, if wanted or required.

I have available session times during the week throughout the day and evening.
