Jenny Lanyon

I have worked as clinical practitioner for over twenty-five years and have experience in both private practice and agency settings. In addition to my work as a psychotherapist, I also teach on a counselling diploma course and work as an executive coach.

Psychotherapy offers a calm space in which to explore and reflect on personal patterns in the context of both present and early experience. The work proceeds at the patient's own pace, enabling past issues to be worked through and understood. I work both in-person and online, offering open-ended and time-limited therapy, according to the patient's need.
