Therapy is a time and space in your week where you can talk to a professional about what is concerning you.

I am an experienced therapist providing psychodynamic psychotherapy in Bristol for a range of issues and life challenges including those related to anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationships, identity, and later life. Sessions are once or twice weekly and we would usually meet for two consultations before beginning ongoing therapy.
