I am a Jungian Analyst with over 25 years experience working in Institutional settings including the NHS, WPF and MIND, as a psychotherapist, assessor and teacher. I have been in private practice since 2006.

I have been in personal therapy since 1987.
I have a great deal of experience working with trauma and PTSD; high anxiety and depression; addictive behaviours; relational difficulties; high functioning autism; pregnancy and parenting issues and life transitions. I work with people to help them explore how their issues may have developed from early childhood onwards.
I am in ongoing training as an Infant Observation Facilitator and will be setting up an Infant Observation Group in the near future.
My first degree was in English Literature (BA Hons, PGCE at King's College, London). I have taught in the East End of London and Home Counties and continue to develop my teaching skills, training therapists at various institutions, including the SAP, AGIP and The Counselling Foundation.
My private practice is in Tring, Hertfordshire, and is close to Berkhamsted, Watford, St Albans, Chesham, Amersham and Aylesbury.
