I am a trained Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and see adults of all ages and backgrounds. I am also a qualified Communication Therapist and have extensive experience of working in the NHS, in private practice and as a consultant. Whatever it is that brings us to therapy, I believe it is key to find a place where we feel comfortable beginning to talk and think about how we’re feeling. This belief is central to my practice and the places I have chosen to work from.

I trained at WPF therapy and am registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) and adhere to their codes of practice and ethics. I am also a member of the Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling (FPC).

I see clients for regular once weekly sessions and have practices in Brick Lane and in Ipswich, Suffolk.

I charge £65 for an initial consultation, which will last up to 90 minutes. If you decide you would like to proceed, my fees for regular 50-minute sessions start from £65. Subject to availability, I offer a limited number of concessionary places for clients with lower incomes.
