My practice provides a confidential space for us to explore patterns in your thoughts, feelings and behaviour that might be causing you difficulties in your personal or professional life. I primarily offer long term, open-ended therapy, although under certain circumstances, I do see people for shorter-term work.

I am an experienced psychodynamic practitioner with an MSc in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy. As well as working therapeutically on an individual basis, I am trained in group and organisational dynamics. This allows me to understand a person’s experience in the context of their work and social groups.

Alongside my private practice, my experience includes working as a psychotherapist in a psychiatric department of an NHS hospital, and as a counsellor for the charity MIND.
