I am a qualified Psychodynamic Counsellor working with adults in individual therapy both in person and online in the Bath area. Depression, anxiety, loss, relationship issues and low self-esteem are some of the areas I can help with.

I can offer a safe, confidential and supportive space where current difficulties and concerns can be thought about and explored together, helping to make sense of your experiences, a growth in self-awareness and the possibility of change in your life.
