I am a qualified Psychodynamic Counsellor and I can offer you a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space allowing you to discuss and explore various and sensitive topics that you may be experiencing some difficulty or anxiety with. I place emphasis on our relationship, building trust and security, enabling us to think and explore present problems and understand the influence of our past to work towards improving perspective, awareness and the future.

Finding the right professional is daunting so I offer a free initial 30-minute consultation, which is an opportunity for you to decide whether what I offer is right for you and that we are comfortable working together.

I work with adults of all ages over a short, medium or long period, determined by yourself.

My consulting room is a comfortable ground floor room in my home with access to a ground floor toilet. There is one step up to my front door and another step in.

Parking is on the road.

Since the COVID-19 outbreak I undertake sessions via telephone, with an initial session on Zoom.

Fee is £40.00 per session
