Currently offering online support through various platforms. I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist trained at WPF (University of Roehampton). I have a background in research and organisational psychology BSc Psych (University of Hull) as well as sports psychology PostGradDip (Loughborough University). I have over 20 years of experience in various forms of psychology both academic and therapeutic.

Special interests: Short term crisis support, supporting athletes and anyone through early forced retirement, support with managing high conflict personalities (work or home). Adoption, anxiety, post natal depression (paternal and maternal) and anyone looking for personal growth. Although multi-disciplined my theoretical leanings are Jungian.
