Adriana Brito

I am a Couple Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist as well as an Individual Psychotherapist (UKCP registered). I originally trained as an integrative body psychotherapist before completing an MA in Psychoanalytic Couple Psychotherapy at Tavistock Relationships. With over twenty years experience as a clinician, I provide a confidential, safe space to explore what may be causing difficulties for the individual or in the couple relationship. I have moved my private practice online as I have relocated and am now living in Portugal. I also work face to face with individuals and couples in Portugal. I am a member of the Relational School, an accredited member of the BPC and the UKCP, and a Graduate Member of Tavistock Relationships. I am fluent in both English and Portuguese.
