Sudabeh Daghighi

I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist working in private practice. My prime concern is to create a safe and committed setting for clients to participate in their own change. I am particularly interested to bring about this change in young individuals who are making the transition into adult life, who are not equipped to face the challenges and trials of a complex world, and to navigate them through personal and social anxieties.

I have 30 years of experience working with youth education and providing mentorship for their mental and emotional health. This is based on building a sense of trust and confidentiality much needed by young adults as their backbone of relational experience in the therapeutic setting.

I am also a psychodynamic organizational therapist and a full member of APPCIOS with an interest to work in educational organizations such as childcare, schools, and universities, offering counseling in organizational settings.
