About Sarah Gilmour
Sarah is a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist working with children, adolescents and young people up to the age of 25. She trained at the Tavistock & Portman NHS Foundation Trust where she also worked as part of the Tavistock's outreach in primary schools supporting children with severe emotional and behavioural difficulties. Her work with adolescents and young people has included working in both clinical and educational settings.
Sarah works with children and young people with a range of issues, including anxiety, low mood, loss and bereavement, trauma, anger and aggression, eating disorders, low self-esteem and compulsive behaviours.
Depending upon the needs of young people, Sarah offers short or long term psychotherapy in person or online. Where appropriate, Sarah also works with parents and the wider family or network.
