I’m a professionally qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist working full-time in private practice.

My approach to the work is warm and open hearted. I see the process of seeking therapy as a moment of reaching out towards one’s self, towards another, and towards a more fulfilling future.

I’m also interested in the way that we all have a tendency to recreate experiences we’re already familiar with, even when these lead to pain and confusion. Many of these emotional experiences are established in our early relationships, with parents, caregivers, siblings, and grandparents. For this reason, I focus on building a relationship together and exploring what emerges.

I am sensitive to working with early relational trauma, secondary trauma and complex trauma.
