I offer and provide a safe confidential space to support you in exploring aspects of your inner or outer life that may be interfering with your ability to enjoy or progress in life. Sometimes we are clear about the causes that are interfering with our lives and other times we have no idea, just a deep sense of something that stirs within and inhibits or troubles us. Working with our stories, dreams, and reflections can bring what is unknown to us into the open with transformative effects. My goal is to support the individual quest for deeper understanding of oneself. There may be many reasons that have steered you to seek therapy at this time. This seeking is your first step.
