David Reznik-Martov

My name is David, a qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist, BPC registered counsellor. I provide Individual psychotherapy for younger and older adults, addressing a variety of issues from self-image and confidence to depression and bereavement. The sessions are available in English or Russian. Currently I offer online sessions via Skype, WhatsApp or Zoom. After the first session where we would have the opportunity to meet each other, and to explore your story and presented issues, I will offer you an open-ended work on a weekly basis, or more frequent if you find it useful. In therapy, we will work together towards identifying some recurring patterns that might not be obvious, but nevertheless underpin your behaviours, interpersonal relationships and life-long emotional experiences. Whether depression, anxiety or personal growth issues are presented, first of all I work with an individual and their unique personal experience.
