I provide psychodynamic psychotherapy and am also an experienced art psychotherapist having worked in a variety of settings including the NHS, charity, education and corporate.
Psychodynamic psychotherapy involves reflecting on the past, how it may influence the present and integrating these to live a more fulfilling life. This encourages a deeper understanding of what causes problems in relating to the self and others.
I am currently a candidate in training as a Jungian analyst. Working more deeply with the unconscious may hold those things that you don't know or are unspeakable. Exploring the unconscious, for example, through dreams, becomes a way to live an enriched and symbolic life.
