I provide psychodynamic psychotherapy face-to-face in a safe, compassionate, and warm environment as well as online. I work extensively with adults at every stage of the life cycle - from young adults struggling with relationships and life choices through to more mature adults adapting to a range of challenges in their lives. I am currently honorary psychotherapist at City Pregnancy Counselling & Psychotherapy (CPCP), a leading charity focusing around pregnancy, reproductive loss and attachment issues of new mothers.

Psychotherapy can help make sense of one's difficulties through the exploration of thoughts and feelings connected to them and importantly, in order to live life with greater purpose and sense of belonging.
