I am a qualified and registered psychodynamic psychotherapist and along with a colleague we set up the Lighthouse Psychotherapy Practice. Our ethos is to provide affordable and accessible therapy in person and remotely in the Epsom, Ashtead and Banstead area of Surrey. After a brief telephone conversation there is an initial session where we can explore the reasons why you are seeking therapy. Subsequent sessions are then held weekly on an open ended or time limited basis. I have experience in working with anxiety, depression, bereavement and loss, trauma, relationship issues, and sexuality.
