I am psychodynamic counsellor who has worked with individuals who have a presenting range of difficulties which include anxiety, depression, low self-worth and complexities around culture and identity. My psychodynamic approach enables me to explore with individuals difficulties from their past and present life, which can leave them feeling isolated, stuck and disassociated, which can lead to wider difficulties when relating to others or within career progression. I am experienced working short and long term with clients , and can offer online or telephone counselling.
