I offer face-to-face psychotherapy to individuals suffering from a range of conditions including anxiety, depression, anger, low self-esteem, disordered eating and/or body image issues, those arising from prior trauma, dissociative episodes, mid-life crises, relationship/intimacy issues, and spiritual/religious dilemmas, among others.

I have a particular interest in exploring the symbolic world of dreams, daydreams, and fantasies, to help understand the meaning of unconscious communication.

I am a Jungian psychotherapist, trained in the ideas and methods of C.G. Jung, the renowned Swiss psychiatrist, who founded Analytical Psychology, which considers the harmony of mind, body, and spirit as vitally important for a life of healthy functioning and satisfying relationships.

Jung believed in the natural inclination of the human being towards integrating the whole self, known as the process of individuation. I aim to help people to untie troublesome internal ‘knots’, to allow this energy to be applied to healing and growth.

Training, qualifications & experience:

I am a member of the Society of Analytical Psychology (SAP), the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC), the British Psychological Society (BPS) in London; and the International Association for Analytical Psychology (IAAP) in Zurich. I also hold a BSc. (1st Class Hons.) degree in Psychology from the University of London. Apart from private practice, I have also worked in the NHS as an adult psychoanalytic psychotherapist at Brent, North London (CNWL NHS Trust), and have practised for many years at the Number 42 Psychotherapy and Wellbeing clinic in London Bridge.
