I am a psychodynamic counsellor seeing adult clients in the Enfield area of North London. working face to face and online via Zoom.

The psychodynamic approach is to jointly explore the roots of anxiety, pain or destructive behaviour in a secure and held environment, and in so doing bring the unconscious influences controlling our lives into our conscious minds. Knowing the cause of a problem does not though, in itself, bring about change. Patterns of destructive behaviour or negative relationships may have built up over years or decades and new, healthier approaches will take time to learn and relearn before becoming established.

If you want to aim for positive change in your life, I will be there to accompany you on your journey and will do my best to provide you with the support, and care that may be needed to help you succeed.
