I am an experienced psychodynamic counsellor with may years experience working in mental health, disability and family support . I work in my private practice in Hertford having previously worked at various other agencies, charities, schools and Middlesex University.

As an excellent listener I can offer you a safe place to explore your thoughts and feelings about areas of your life and/or relationships that are not going as you wish and /or events recent or past that still trouble you.

Together we find a way forward for you to gain insight and understanding for a more fulfilling life. Every person is different and everyone needs an approach that will be tailored to them.

I have a wide depth of experience in counselling people with many different issues for example relationship and family issues, self esteem, anxiety, depression, bereavement and loss, personal development and struggling to change behaviour patterns to name but a few.

My counselling room is close to Hertford East Train Station and there is plenty of free parking nearby. I offer face to face and zoom sessions. My fee is £60 per session.
