Trine Olrik

I am a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist working with Children, Adolescents and Family Well being.

I work with children and young people up 25years in private practice, with Local Councils and in primary and secondary schools liaising closely with the network around the child and young person. I offer support to parents helping them to think about their child’s communication and their experience the world through Mentalisation work. I have also trained as a Creative Arts Therapist specialising in Art and Sandplay.

I offer therapeutic support for a wide range of issues including anxiety, low mood, high levels of anger, eating disorders, compulsive behaviours, low self-esteem, abuse and trauma. I work with Neurodiversity such as Autism and and ADHD.
