Many factors of our lives such as where we were born, sexual orientation, class, disability, have an affect on who you are. By linking experiences from the past and unhelpful patterns of behaviour now an understanding can emerge.
I welcome the opportunity to accompany clients on their journey of understanding, seeing them take greater control and making positive change.
