About Christine Donnelly

Psychodynamic Counselling is a form of 'talk therapy' and explores how your unconscious thoughts might affect the way you act. I provide you with a safe and confidential space to talk about worries or problems you are experiencing and listen to you without judgement.

Areas of Counselling I deal with for anyone 18 years old and over: Abuse, Alcohol issues, Anxiety, Bereavement, Depression, Eating Disorders, Feeling sad, Infant loss, Loneliness, Low self-esteem, Relationship issues, Self-harm, Stress.

I am currently available for sessions in Basingstoke (Hampshire), Enfield (London), phone and online sessions.
