I am a Psychodynamic Counsellor based in Worthing, West Sussex.

Perhaps you've had a sense for a while that something isn't quite right, a voice inside stopping you from living a happy and fulfilling life; you’re curious to see if therapy could help.

Our current thoughts and feelings - how we experience ourselves and others today - are always affected by what went before, often stemming from childhood. Our reactions to friends and family, along with our internal emotions and thought processes, are strongly based on how family members responded to us back then.

Working psychodynamically together, your therapeutic journey will bring unconscious feelings into consciousness, as we work through previously unknown thoughts and feelings, trauma, rejections and losses.

My Qualifications

I hold a MSc (Distinction) in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of London, a BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology, along with a Diploma in Counselling Skills. I am a fully clinically trained and insured psychodynamic counsellor and a member of the BACP.

My Experience - I have extensive experience of working with clients from different backgrounds over a number of years.

The Setting - A 10 minute walk from Worthing town centre, my consulting room is a safe, quiet, confidential space, with onsite parking.

Fees - Initial Assessment Fee £65. 50 minute therapy fee from £65
