My approach is psychodynamic. My consulting room is located in London W11.
I have worked in the NHS in GP practices for many years, and now in private practice.
I work with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, loss, bereavement, relationships, sexuality, addiction, work related issues.
Initially it is helpful to contact me by email; then we can speak briefly on the phone to arrange a time to meet.
I begin by offering an appointment for an initial consultation to discuss the difficulties presented and to see if we both feel we can work together. I usually offer long term therapy, once or twice per week. Sometimes it can be helpful to meet initially for a few sessions and take it from there. Usually I work face to face, but also online or telephone if needed. Sessions are for 50 mins.
