Beth Bolitho

Hi, my name is Beth Bolitho, and I am a Child and Adolescent Psychodynamic Counsellor working with children, adolescents, and parents. I have several years of experience providing therapeutic support to children and adolescents both within an educational context and in private practice.

I support children experiencing complex emotional needs, such as domestic violence, abuse, bereavement, parental separation and divorce, depression, autism spectrum disorder, and ADHD. By enabling a young person to feel safe, I help them to untangle their worries and gain an understanding of their feelings so that they can better manage both internal and external stressors. I also provide specific support to parents and caregivers who may be struggling with their relationship with their child or children.
