I am a highly qualified Psychodynamic practitioner, with experience across a wide spectrum of challenges. Within the comfortable, confidential, collaborative space I provide, we can explore and make sense of the feelings which have prompted you to seek support.

The therapeutic relationship we build can help you reach a new level of self-awareness and understanding which can make change and growth not only possible, but inevitable.

I am passionate about working with my clients to understand their processes better through the therapeutic relationship we forge together. Although I specialise in helping those facing addiction issues, anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem, I am experienced in and available to work across a wide variety of mental health matters beyond these specialisms.

More About Me

• I am an Addiction Therapist at The Priory, working with inpatients in recovery from a wide variety of addictions. I am additionally an NHS Honorary Psychotherapist, offering long term therapy to patients facing complex diagnoses and circumstances.

• I hold an MSc in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy from Birkbeck College, University of London, and further therapeutic qualifications from CCPE and Tavistock Relationships.

• I have completed additional trainings in Mentalization Based Treatment, Group Dynamics, and Trauma-Focussed CBT.

• I’m a fully registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, and a member of Addiction Professionals.
