Rita Inak-Hale

I first trained as a mental health nurse. I have nearly 30 years of experience in the NHS working with adults, children, adolescents and their families. I qualified from Exeter University as a psychodynamic psychotherapist working with adults in 2011. My clinical interests and experience are diverse including specialising in eating disorders, sexual abuse and trauma. My scope of practice includes working with highly sensitive persons, autistic spectrum condition, anxiety, obsessions, depression, self-harm/suicidal ideation, personality & relationship difficulties, emotional instability, poor sense of self, spiritual distress, psycho-somatic symptoms, gender identity, sexuality, dissociative states, older persons.
