I am a Jungian Analyst/Analytical Psychologist trained to the highest regulatory standards in the UK. and have skills and experience to offer once, twice and three times weekly individual indepth Analysis/Psychotherapy either short or long term.

Unhappy relationships, bodily symptoms and troubled thoughts and behaviours can all be signs that we have tried to deal with problems by putting them out of our minds often resulting in depression and anxiety.

The Jungian Analytic view is that the psyche seeks to heal itself. I have been trained to see between the lines of a problem, to help discover the unique undercurrents in an individuals psyche. Jungian psychotherapy can help heal wounds and foster new growth, build self awareness and strengthen inner resources.
