Annette Tappin

I am an individual Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and Couple Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist.
I have been working as a therapist for over 20 years and have worked for a university and NHS service in the past. Previously qualified as a social worker I have worked in Inner London for the local authority, NSPCC and Barnados.
More recently, I have been employed by Tavistock Relationships, an internationally respected psychotherapy and training organisation based in central London. Here I completed a psychoanalytic training in Couples Psychotherapy and was subsequently employed as staff clinician and International Team member working online providing therapy for couples abroad. I continue to work for Tavistock Relationships alongside my own private practice. I find this dual role keeps me up to date with current thought, practice, training opportunities and collegiate connection.
