I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist and have had the privilege of working with the NHS, in addiction-related recovery and privately.

My clients' backgrounds include physical and emotional abandonment and neglect, as well as sexual abuse.

Traumatic histories are often accompanied by depression, anxiety and addiction - as well as relationship issues and feelings of emptiness, disconnection and unworthiness. I work sensitively with my clients to help them overcome these symptoms.

My clients gain confidence in their innate capacity to love and, ultimately, transform their relationships and lives through understanding, compassion and forgiveness.

I work face-to-face and remotely and am a member of the British Psychoanalytic Society and the Tavistock Society of Psychotherapists.
