My offer of therapy is aimed at individuals who wish to receive professional support in facilitating processes of change.

Based on psychodynamic/psychoanalytic methods, I treat a spectrum of psychological and mental health problems. These include, amongst others:

• Relationship difficulties and family conflicts
• Challenging life transitions, life or existential crises
• Mental health (e.g. depression, low mood, anxiety, psychosomatic complaints, panic attacks etc.)
• Self-defeating behaviours
• Low self esteem
• Reactions to acute stresses such as separations, grief and loss or to past traumatisation
• Difficulties at work (e.g. burnout, procrastination and avoidance, conflicts etc.)
