I see adult individuals for open-ended psychodynamic therapy with an aim gradually to build a relationship based on trust and strong secure attachment which will in time allow my clients to let go of their persecutory view of the outside world and other people. This is work aiming to get at the roots of my clients' psychological difficulties, requiring time and commitment to the process. But there are rich rewards in terms of self-discovery and freedom from defences such as depression, anxiety, addiction etc.
I work full time from my home in Lewes, East Sussex.
