I am an HCPC registered Consultant Clinical Psychologist, an MBT Practitioner and MBT Supervisor. I am also an Attachment-Informed Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist (Pre-Reg). Having worked many years in NHS secondary mental health services, I now work in Independent Practice in Norfolk, UK, either online, or in-person in my consulting room in Mid/North Norfolk.

Services:
Assessment and Therapy for age 17 upwards: I offer psychological assessment and therapy, providing a safe and confidential space to explore, understand and work through a range of mental health challenges, difficult experiences and distress.
Drawing on over 30 years working in NHS adult mental health settings I can provide sound understanding and experience in relation to the full spectrum of mental health difficulties. I have particular specialist expertise in relation to recovery from complex trauma, dissociative experiences and difficulties with emotional, behavioural and relationship instability.

Consultation: I provide consultation and advice to individuals and organisations about mental health and psychological needs, particularly in relation to complex trauma and dissociation.

Supervision: A highly experienced supervisor, I offer a reliable and containing space to reflect supportively on clinical practice and professional development. I am an accredited MBT Supervisor, registered with the Anna Freud Centre, London, and able to supervise those training through to Practitioner Status in MBT, and in on-going practice. National Roles: I am a past chair of both the Complex Mental Health Network of the Association of Clinical Psychologists-UK (acpuk.org.uk) and of the Psychosis and Complex Trauma Network, Division of Clinical Psychology, British Psychological Society.
