My approach to working with people is based on an embodied mind. Grounded in findings from neurobiology, I draw on contemporary psychoanalytic/psychodynamic thought and attachment- and regulation theories as well as evidence-based models such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and DIT (Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy).

Based on my work within the NHS, I draw on mindfulness in the therapeutic treatment of anxiety and depression.
