I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist working in the NHS and private practice in the Tunbridge Wells and Crowborough area or online. I can offer you a confidential, non-judgmental and safe space to feel heard and make sense of your difficulties. I have experience working with an extensive range of issues, particularly trauma, problems with emotional instability, conflict in relationships, issues of self-image, anxiety and depression. I also have experience providing both individual and group therapy, including Mentalization-Based Therapy groups, as well as training, supervision and consultation.
