We are looking to appoint Registrant and lay members to our Screening Committee and Hearing Panel.
The Hearing Panel, sitting as a mixture of lay and Registrant members assisted by a Legal Adviser, may consider up to 4 cases per year and Hearings last between 1 and 4 days in duration. Training will be provided.
We are looking to appoint Registrant panel members to our Hearing Panel. Hearing Panellists are expected to read and assimilate information in advance of a meeting, exercise judgement when assessing information, work well with others and communicate effectively.
The role of a Hearing Panellist is a voluntary position although all reasonable expenses for attending in-person Hearings will be paid, all hearings will be virtually listed in the first instance.
Applications are by way of CV and a short statement of no more than 300 words setting out your reasons for applying and why you feel you would be suitable for the position. Within your statement, please indicate whether you are interested in applying for the role of Hearing Panellist, Screening Committee or either.
