This is an opportunity to join a small, dedicated team, within the charitable trust BTPP. The Modified Adult Psychoanalytic Training began taking trainees in 2022.
The training is looking for an experienced clinician for the role of Clinical Responsibility Co-Ordinator. The CRC role is patient facing. It includes oversight of the appropriate arrangements for the assessment of training patients and the monitoring of training patients via the 6-month reports written by trainees. The existence of the post is in line with the British Psychoanalytic Council’s requirement that training organisations maintain the highest standards of ethical and clinical care of cases seen by trainees. The CRC as part of the training committee, will be able to monitor the progress of trainees. The role has room for ongoing development.
The post has a flexible start date. The employment conditions are also flexible and can be either salaried or sole trader. The location of the work is also flexible.
