Job Opportunity – Clinical Responsibility Co-ordinator
This is an opportunity to join a small, dedicated team, within the charitable trust BTPP. The post would be located in BTPP’s Modified Adult Psychoanalytic Training. This training began taking trainees in 2022.
The training is looking an experienced clinician for the role of Clinical Responsibility Co-Ordinator. The CRC role is patient facing. It includes oversight of the arrangements for the assessment of training patients and the monitoring of training patients via the 6-month reports written by trainees. The existence of the post is in line with the British Psychoanalytic Council’s requirement that training organisations maintain the highest standards of ethical and clinical care of cases seen by trainees. The CRC will, as part of the training committee, be able to monitor the progress of trainees. The role has room for ongoing development.
The post has a flexible start. The employment conditions are flexible and can be either salaried or sole trader. The location of the work is also very flexible.
The post holder must have an adult psychoanalytic qualification which allows eligibility for registration with the British Psychoanalytic Council.
