Executive Assistant to CEO

Salary: £32,000-£35,000 per annum depending on skills and experience (pro rata to hours worked)

Since 1948, Tavistock Relationships has been building an international reputation as a leading training and research centre in therapeutic and psycho-educational approaches to supporting couples.
We train the next generation of couple therapists and provide clinical services to couples and parents, face to face (in London) and online. We provide a range of affordable services to help people with relationship difficulties, sexual problems and parenting challenges.

We are looking for a permanent, part time Executive Assistant to join our organisation.

Key aspects of this role will include:

Representing and supporting the CEO
Executive Office and SLT management
Event management
Social media and digital development
Corporate responsibility

About you
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following skills, experience and qualities:

Extensive experience providing proactive administrative support in a senior PA/EA capacity to senior management, including Board level.
Flexible, service orientated and willing to help attitude.
Excellent interpersonal skills – the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior individuals.
Excellent telephone skills and etiquette.
Excellent written and minute taking skills with an aptitude for summarizing and capturing complex discussions.
Used to handling matters of a highly confidential nature, and discreet in all circumstances.
Highly organized with an exacting attention to detail, ability to plan ahead and manage your time, negotiating competing demands, with experience of complex diary management and production of high quality correspondence.
Highly computer literate with experience of data handling and necessary IT systems using PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
Familiar with using Zoom and Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint for communication and meeting platforms.
Sound judgment, able to work with minimal supervision.
Self-motivation and the capacity to work well with others under pressure.
