Location: Oxfordshire, with some national travel

Salary: £62, 251 pro-rata
An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead our highly-regarded clinical services in Oxfordshire. We are looking for a highly experienced parent-infant psychotherapist or practitioner psychologist to become our next Clinical Director.
We’re looking for someone who could fit into our senior leadership team to lead our team of parent-infant psychotherapists. This post has specific responsibility for: the recruitment, management and leadership of clinical staff; the delivery and development of high-quality parent-infant clinical services, informed by OXPIP’s model of psychodynamic/psychoanalytic parent-infant therapy; the co-development and implementation of strategic plans; the promotion of OXPIP services within Oxfordshire and nationally. There may also be opportunity to be involved in our highly-regarded national training delivery.
The Clinical Director is also the Safeguarding Lead, responsible for ensuring excellent safeguarding practice in the organisation. Please refer to OXPIP’s Safeguarding Policies for more details by clicking here.
This role reports to the CEO directly and is expected to deputise in her absence. We support hybrid working but all staff must be able to attend face to face meetings on Wednesdays, for a 8.45am start in Kidlington, plus flexibility to attend face-to-face meetings in Kidlington as required.
