Senior Adult Psychotherapist

The post holder will carry a full clinical caseload seeing patients under supervision for individual, brief, group psychoanalytic psychotherapy and will assess referrals to the service.

A major part of the role is the provision of individual once weekly psychotherapy. This means that applicants should be registered with either the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) or the UKCP cpja college to practice as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist and must have experience of delivering this in NHS secondary care mental health services.
