Thomas Yap

I am a Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist and have been practising as a psychotherapist in the City of London for over a decade, in both NHS and private settings. Besides private practice in the City, I also work as a visiting lecturer and clinical supervisor for the Adults Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Training at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust and at the British Psychotherapy Foundation (BPF) in London.

Currently, I have only just one vacancy available. This will be in September 2024 for intensive psychoanalytic psychotherapy at 3-4 sessions per week frequency.

I have limited availability for clinical supervision for psychotherapists and counsellors.

I am a member of The Association for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy (APP) in the NHS. Additionally, I am on the BPC accredited Mentalisation-Based Therapy (MBT) Register as a Practitioner.
