With a core training in mental health nursing I have 25 years of NHS experience in both secondary and primary care. As an accredited Dynamic Interpersonal Therapist I have provided psychodynamic psychotherapy for adults experiencing depression, anxiety and relationship difficulties.
I view attachment as being at the heart of human development and have a special interest in how our attchment histories can both facilitate and hinder our need for satisfying and fulfilling relationships.
I now have a private practice in Hallen, near Bristol (BS10 7RZ), offering both short term and long term psychotherapy.
